Welcome to myEmphasys

MyEmphasys is our new extranet and it's full of valuable resources for everyone within your organization -- not just your IT department. From threaded discussion groups to online KB articles, to quick video help, myEmphasys provides a place where the Emphasys community can each add to, and receive from, a rich set of diverse experiences in public housing and housing finance.

If you had a username and password that you used before to access downloads and documentation on our web site, then you can use the same username and password to log into myEmphasys. (The only exception is the general EmphasysUser login, which was not ported over to myEmphasys.) If you need an account, contact support@emphasys-software.com.

WebTicket Customer Portal

The WebTicket Customer Portal is an interactive, online support service from Emphasys. It's ideally suited for you to submit noncritical support issues and questions. For quick processing of issues and questions that are not mission critical, the WebTicket portal is the way to go!

The WebTicket Portal speeds your support because the ticket is entered directly into the ticket database. This leaves more time for the Support tech to concentrate on your core issue.

To give your question or issue a boost using WebTickets, just contact Support to request a user name and password. (Your WebTicket account is separate from your myEmphasys account.) If you already have your own WebTicket account, click here to get started.

Our Forums

Because each of our clients is using our software products in interesting and unique ways, we wanted to create a place where you can share your experiences and create an intelligent collaborative network. That happens when everyone has an ability to post not only questions but answers. Sometimes it's simple work arounds, other times it's a key process that helps close the loop on using our software. Emphasys will make sure our boards are watched, so that we can respond and make this a thriving community. All you have to do is login and you can start posting.

Our Downloads

If you are part of the IT staff at your organization that needs to download patches and updates to a release, then you'll have access to our downloads area where you can find all the files you've become accustomed to from our old intranet. What's changed is our folder structure - hopefully making it easier to find the files you need.

Conference Materials Available

Conference materials from the 2008 Emphasys Users Connect are now available on the Training screen. If your agency has allowed you to have permission to view the Training screen, you can download the materials, including PowerPoint presentations, report templates, process sheets and more!
